The essence of the Strategic Planning Phase is to mutually deciding on ideas which bring your vision to life. In this phase, our first step is to inspect the job site and do a walkthrough. Unlike construction project, interior designing is a very personal affair. We get into the shoes of our client because it is very important to know the likes and dislikes. Our expert team learn about your family, your pets, the kind of things you like doing, the surroundings of your house and the way you like things in your house. In the conceptual development phase, we add functionality to your space. During the conceptual development phase, spaces are made functional so that the spaces blend well with the overall style. To facilitate this, new sketches are created which transform the space planning. These drawings are drawn to scale and sent to the client for approval. Once the client approves the spacing, most of the work is done!

Design & Development
In this phase you approve the design. The design development phase is all about adding details to your design. There are multiple questions that need a lot of thought and our designers are literally experts in doing so. Everything that we select, right from finishes to flooring, tile, wooden pieces are in sync with the design theme you approved. These are illustrated via new proposed floor plans, detailed drawings, wall elevations etc. Apart from this, room layouts, fabrics, wall coverings and other important things is also taken care of.
Features of Design Development Phase Includes:
The approved schematic design finalized.
Details of colours, materials, location of doors and windows, finishes, furnishing etc. is also included in the design.
The final design is converted into 3D and sent to the client for approval.

These drawings are very important for different contractors such as carpenters, plumbers, tile-setters, electricians etc. Interior construction documentation sets will give them everything they need to execute the design flawlessly.
